Every VapoCept order from the official store is covered by a 60-day, 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee. Refunds are handled by the official VapoCept store and its retailer, BuyGoods. Here is exactly how it works.

The VapoCept 60-day guarantee

You have 60 days from the date you placed your order to try VapoCept. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return the bottles for a refund of the product price. It does not matter whether the bottles are empty or full, opened or sealed.

How to request a VapoCept refund

1. Check your order date. Make sure you are within 60 days. Your order confirmation email shows the purchase date.
2. Email customer support. Use the support email in your order confirmation and write "Refund Request" in the subject line. Say briefly that you would like a refund.
3. Send the bottles back. Ship all bottles and the packing slip to:
   PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412, USA
   Include a note with your full name, email address and, if you have it, your order number.
4. Wait for confirmation. You will get an email once your return is processed. Refunds are usually completed within 5 to 10 days of the return arriving, and your card statement may take a little longer to show the credit.

Orders from other sellers

The 60-day guarantee only covers VapoCept bought from the official store. Every VapoCept button on us-vapocept.com takes you there. Bottles bought from marketplaces or unofficial websites are not covered.
